For safety and optimal healing, we never treat a full-circumference tattoo in a single session; doing so increases the risk of excessive skin trauma, blistering and prolonged recovery. Instead, treatments are staged with at least 72 hours between sessions on adjacent areas to allow the skin to cool, reduce inflammation and give the immune system time to clear ink particles. This measured approach minimises adverse effects, supports better overall outcomes and ensures each treated section is comfortable and heals correctly under the care of our registered nurse using state-of-the-art equipment.
